Geographical Significance
The rain forest is geographically important because it is a home to 50% of Biodiversity ( the existence of a wide variety plant and animal species in their natural environment ). Another reason why the rain forest is geographically significant is because many medicines have been created from the rain forest "Over a quarter of medicines we use today have their origins in the rain forest ". The Amazon rain forest is " The Lungs Of The Pacific " the rain forest releases fresh oxygen which helps clean the air for us to breath and the species that live in the rain forest.

Will Smith's Well-Being
In the video Will Smith at the beginning was very happy because his uncle bought him basketball Tickets to the Clippers, but unfortunately Will couldn’t take the tickets because of a bad cause, his emotions changed from happy to scared and upset. During to the way that Will was feeling at the time relates back to the Well-being Mental and Emotional ( Taha Hinengaro ). Also as Will was explaining his wrongs to his uncle he was moving around because of how nervous he was to explain the truth to his uncle and this relates to the Physical Well- being ( Taha Tinana). Because Will told the truth to his uncle he had to explain it to the rest of the family this relates to the Social Well-being ( Taha Whanau ). As Will’s uncle gave him tickets he believed that it was wrong to take such a good gift even though he didn’t deserve it after what he did and he values his families trust and honesty so he had to tell the truth this relates to Spiritual ( Taha Wairua). Because Will had to tell the truth it positively affected him because he didn’t have to keep lying to the family and keep it on his mind and chest everyday of his life until he chose to tell them, he was free from later on stress and the thought of guilt. Because he told the truth it gave him great relief and the sense of achievement because he knew that no normal teenager would stand up and tell the truth.

My Significant Place
The place that is significant to me is Tamaki College. It is significant to me because it is a place that helps me learn things to help me succeed in the future. Everything that i learn in all my classes relates to what i need for the future, if i fail in a certain class it motivates me to try harder which means that in the future if i fail there is always a second chance to try and improve.
Another reason why this place is significant to me is because it is a place where i met my friends that support me throughout my social life and also things that associate with school. When i’m at school with my friends i learn off of what they know and i try to reflect on it! My friends have always been there for me if there is no one else,to me that’s what makes coming to school even more special!
A third reason why this place is significant to me is because of the sports that i come to school and play to represent Tamaki College. When i first came to Tamaki College i didn’t have the self confidence to play sports with others because of how shy i was but now that i am more closer and confident with older and younger students at school i play a sport ( rugby ) that i now love and with people that i love being around. I now love representing my school because it makes me more engaged with life outside of school. When i play rugby it also helps me to release any emotions that are stored inside and take it out on the field when i play.
These are the reasons of why Tamaki College is my significant place.

Algebra Test
Today we had a Algebra test. I bet that all students of Room 12 was feeling very nervous. Luckily Mrs Golder was very kind to let us study some algebra questions. To be honest I thought that the test would be hard because I don't really understand algebra. While doing the maths test Mrs Golder kept on crossing off times one by one I felt as if I was sinking into a tar pit,or through quicksand, or being pulled into the gloom but I thought to myself that they were mixed just feelings trying to put me off my test. Once Mrs Golder announced that the test was over all students sighed with relief. I said to myself" Finally our maths to is done and dusted!"
